Making the World a Better Place One Dream at a Time
"There are people who put their dreams in a little box and say, 'Yes, I've got dreams, of course, I've got dreams.' Then they put the box away and bring it out once in a while to look at it, and yep, they're still there. These are great dreams but they never even get out of the box. It takes an uncommon amount of guts to put your dreams on the line, to hold them up and say, 'How good or bad am I?' That's where courage comes in."

After the International Society for Performance Improvement Europe Middle East Africa (ISPI/EMEA) conference in Istanbul in October 2015, I took a tour to Troy. An inebriated Turk kindly made me a cup of coffee as I waited outside in the dark and as he and another Turk spoke in broken English…Continue

Almost every day I would walk to work along the river. I would walk down Banja Luka past the high school girls on the way to the Turkish High School, some of whom wore head coverings, down the long stairs toward the river. I would walk along the river toward the…Continue

Managers commonly use this technique to gain control and to get rid of competitors or anyone who does not mindlessly follow…Continue

It is curious to me that resilience has become so popular in…Continue
